Ulrik købte CityCallCenter i 2019, og har siden da brugt tiden på at strømligne og vækste virksomheden.

Anne Marie

Marketing- & Business Development Chef

Anne Marie has been with CityCallCenter since 2016. She has had many roles in the company and is now responsible for our marketing, as well as much of the daily operations, all our IT systems and development.

Stig has been with us since the beginning of 2023. He leads all sales activities and takes good care of both new and existing customers.

Victoria

Administration, office hotel and bookkeeping manager

Victoria joined the call center in 2016, and after a few years in other jobs, she has returned. Now she manages the office hotel, administration and bookkeeping.

Jesper started at the beginning of '24 and came to us with a wealth of experience from the industry. He has quickly become one of our skilled customer specialists, helping to ensure that our customers are started up in the best possible way, and that details and procedures are always in order for our more knowledge-intensive customers.

Laura blev ansat i 2023. Hun har både håndteret receptions- & kundeservice opkald, været på vores nat, aften og weekend hold og fungeret som Supervisor. Så hun kender os ud og ind.

Frederikke has been with us since '23. With her good humor and super professional approach to customers, she helps ensure the best experience for our customers' customers. She also helps train new colleagues and takes great care of all our Virtual Office customers.
